These Digital Presence Plan Terms apply to VISSI’s Digital Presence Management plans. They should be read together with VISSI’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Plan Terms and VISSI’s general Terms & Conditions, these Plan Terms apply to the Digital Presence Management service.
VISSI’s Digital Presence Management service is designed to help businesses keep their website, Google Business Profile, and social-media presence current, professional, and useful.
The exact services included depend on the plan selected by the client and are listed on the Digital Presence Management page, proposal, invoice, or other written scope provided by VISSI.
Services may include:
Agreed website content updates and support
A limited amount of requested website edits each month
Articles or website content during the plan term
Google Business Profile updates
Static social-media posts
Publishing across agreed social-media platforms
Website hosting, SSL, website care, backups, and maintenance where included in the selected plan
Any service, task, deliverable, feature, platform, or activity not expressly included in the client’s selected plan is outside the agreed scope unless VISSI confirms otherwise in writing.
Digital Presence Management plans are offered on quarterly, half-yearly, and annual terms.
The service will begin once:
The required payment has been received
VISSI has received the information, access, approvals, and materials reasonably needed to begin work
The client has accepted these Plan Terms
Delays caused by missing access, information, content, approvals, or other client requirements may delay the service start date or planned work. VISSI is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third-party platforms.
Quarterly and half-yearly plans must be paid in full before the service begins.
The annual plan is paid in two instalments:
50% of the annual plan fee is due before the service begins.
The remaining 50% is due 90 days after the service start date.
If a client wishes to cancel an annual plan before the second instalment is due, they must provide written notice before the 90th day of the service. In this case, the remaining 50% will not be payable and services will end on the 90th day of the service.
If the client continues the service beyond 90 days, the second instalment becomes due. It must be paid within seven calendar days of its due date. If payment is not received within this period, VISSI may pause all Digital Presence Management services until the overdue balance is paid in full.
A pause in services does not remove the client’s responsibility to pay fees that are already due. All prices are exclusive of GST, which will be charged additionally where applicable.
Clients may cancel their Digital Presence Management service at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation means VISSI will stop providing services after the applicable notice period or service end date.
For annual plans cancelled before the second instalment is due, the specific cancellation rule in Section 3 will apply.
Cancellation means VISSI will stop providing services after the applicable notice period or service end date. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for payments already made. All payments made to VISSI for Digital Presence Management plans are non-refundable, including where a client chooses to stop using the service before the end of a plan term.
Clients remain responsible for fees that became due before the service is paused, cancelled, or ended. Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
VISSI may also pause or end the service where a client fails to pay overdue fees, repeatedly fails to provide required access or approvals, requests unlawful or unsafe work, or materially breaches these Plan Terms.
Each month of the service has a defined scope and capacity. Included website edits, social-media posts, articles, support time, and other monthly deliverables do not carry forward into a future month unless VISSI agrees otherwise in writing.
For example, if a client does not use their monthly website-edit allowance, unused time cannot be added to the following month.
The same principle applies to unused social-media posts, articles, content tasks, or other plan inclusions.
The selected plan may include up to 30 minutes of requested website edits per month.
Requested website edits may include reasonable updates to existing website text, images, links, contact details, service information, or similar content changes.
The monthly edit allowance does not include major design changes, website redesigns, new page builds, ecommerce changes, custom development, advanced functionality, third-party integration work, technical repair work, extensive content writing, or other work that falls outside normal website updates.
Website edits are completed based on the client’s request and do not include separate revision rounds. If a request exceeds the monthly allowance or falls outside the plan scope, VISSI will provide a separate quotation or recommend a suitable custom scope before beginning work.
Digital Presence Management plans include static social-media content only, as listed in the selected plan.
Unless agreed separately in writing, the service does not include:
Video production
Professional photography
Reels or advanced video editing
Daily community management
Direct-message management
Comment moderation
Influencer management
Paid social-media advertising
Advertising spend
Social-media platform account recovery
Guaranteed followers, engagement, reach, leads, or sales
VISSI may use client-provided photos, project images, product visuals, logos, brand assets, and approved content when creating posts.
The client is responsible for ensuring it has the right to provide and use any photos, videos, logos, trademarks, copy, or other materials supplied to VISSI.
Each included article or social-media content item includes one reasonable revision round.
A revision round means one consolidated set of changes provided by the client after VISSI shares the draft or proposed content. Additional revisions, major changes in direction, or repeated changes may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
The client should provide content approval, feedback, requested information, and materials within seven calendar days of VISSI sharing the content.
If the client does not respond within seven calendar days, VISSI may treat the content as approved and publish or schedule it. VISSI may delay publication where it reasonably believes client approval is necessary for accuracy, legal compliance, brand safety, or other material reasons.
Google Business Profile updates may include agreed changes to business information, posts, images, descriptions, service details, business updates, or other profile content.
The service does not include guaranteed local rankings, review generation, review removal, Google account recovery, suspension resolution, verification outcomes, or full local SEO services unless separately agreed in writing.
Google controls its own platform, verification processes, policy decisions, visibility, and account actions. VISSI cannot guarantee outcomes on Google’s platform.
Hosting and SSL are included in the annual Digital Presence Management plan while that plan remains active. Before the annual plan ends, VISSI will contact the client about continued hosting, website care, backups, maintenance, and related support.
If the client wishes to continue these services after the plan ends, they are available at ₹3,000 per year unless VISSI provides a different written quotation. Continued hosting and website care will only continue once the applicable renewal fee has been paid or another written arrangement has been agreed.
This annual renewal covers hosting, SSL, routine website care, backups, maintenance, and practical support within the agreed scope.
VISSI may use third-party hosting, software, backup, security, website, and technology providers. VISSI will take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime, complete protection from all security threats, immediate restoration, or the continued availability of third-party services.
Monitoring alerts are reviewed during VISSI’s normal working hours. Website care does not create a guaranteed emergency response time or service-level agreement unless agreed separately in writing.
A domain purchased by VISSI for a client remains the client’s property.
Where reasonably practical, VISSI will transfer the domain to the client or to a provider chosen by the client when requested. The client may be responsible for applicable transfer fees, renewal fees, account-verification requirements, or third-party provider charges.
If a client chooses not to continue hosting with VISSI, VISSI will provide reasonable assistance to transfer the website or hosting access, subject to all outstanding invoices being paid and any third-party provider requirements.
VISSI’s normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays.
Clients may contact VISSI through agreed channels, including WhatsApp. VISSI aims to respond to messages within four business hours where reasonably practical. Urgent matters may be handled sooner where possible.
Messages received outside working hours, including weekends and public holidays, may be responded to or scheduled for the next working day.
Response times may vary based on meetings, workload, the complexity of the request, the availability of third parties, and the information required to resolve the issue.
To provide the service effectively, the client must:
Provide accurate business information, website access, platform access, and approvals when required
Supply content, photos, logos, product information, project updates, and other materials reasonably needed for the work
Ensure supplied materials do not infringe another party’s rights or breach any law, platform policy, or agreement
Respond to requests for approval or information within a reasonable time
Keep account, domain, platform, and billing information current where relevant
Pay all invoices and fees when due
VISSI is not responsible for reduced service delivery, delayed publishing, missed content opportunities, or delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required access, information, approvals, or materials.
Requests outside the selected plan are not included automatically.
Examples may include website redesigns, new website pages, ecommerce changes, extensive technical work, custom development, advanced SEO, paid advertising, video production, photography, email marketing, additional revisions, or work exceeding the included monthly edit allowance.
VISSI may provide a separate quotation, recommend a custom plan, or decline an out-of-scope request.
VISSI may make reasonable operational decisions about how the service is delivered, including content formats, publishing schedules, technical methods, platform recommendations, workflow, and prioritisation of requests.
VISSI may decline or pause requests that are outside the agreed scope, technically unsuitable, unlawful, unsafe, likely to damage website performance or security, or inconsistent with third-party platform policies.
Nothing in these Plan Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The client retains ownership of materials they provide to VISSI, including their business information, logos, photos, trademarks, and approved brand assets.
Once all relevant invoices have been paid, the client may use final bespoke content, graphics, and website updates created specifically for their business.
VISSI retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, reusable templates, systems, methods, workflows, design frameworks, software configurations, and general know-how. VISSI may reuse these materials and methods in other client work, provided it does not disclose the client’s confidential information or reuse the client’s proprietary assets.
Digital Presence Management is intended to support a more current, consistent, and professional online presence.
VISSI does not guarantee particular website traffic, search rankings, engagement levels, followers, leads, enquiries, sales, revenue, platform visibility, account outcomes, or other business results.
Results may depend on factors outside VISSI’s control, including client participation, market conditions, competition, customer demand, third-party platforms, website performance, platform algorithms, and the accuracy of client-provided information.
VISSI may update these Plan Terms from time to time. Updated terms will apply to new clients and future renewals from the date they are published or otherwise communicated.
For existing active clients, any material change affecting fees, core scope, or client obligations will be communicated before it applies to the next renewal period, unless a change is required by law, security needs, or a third-party provider.
